Hotel Kehl Haus

When looking for a hotel in Gramado, negative comments always call our attention, so I chose the Kehl Haus due to the huge amount of positive comments and it was the best choice! After visiting the hotel, I found it cheap for everything it offers: warmth, service, comfort, beauty, everything 10!!! I hope that just as other positive comments helped me choose it, mine also helps, so I'll detail what I was looking for before: I arrived at the hotel a little before 10 am and asked to just store the bags while I didn't check in and they promptly released my room, super helpful. I had one of the coldest weekends but the hotel as a whole was so warm that one night we slept with the air conditioning on. hahahaha The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious. They have an electronic system where you can let you know if you want your room to be tidied or not (a panel is lit outside). We left the tidying option active and when we returned a few hours later the room was like new, tidy and fragrant. The shower was perfect. It is gas so you can choose the temperature. The night got a little warmer, but nothing that bothered me. I stayed on the first floor and I don't know if the same thing happens on other floors, but the acoustics aren't as good. This didn't bother me but for light sleepers it could be a point of attention because it's the same floor as the cafe. And speaking of coffee, so many delicious options, I didn't even know what to eat. I didn't record the name of any employee but everyone was completely kind and friendly, always with a smile on their face and willing to help with whatever I needed. The only "defect" (which is what I believe makes it worth more) is that it is a little far from the center and it is necessary to separate values for the displacement, but it is very easy to find an uber, both there and back. I stayed for 3 days and they were all wonderful. On the last day they even stored my bags while I took the last tours. So I just have to thank the hotel and I would definitely stay there again!
